(c) If you are a consultant providing services to another organization, then you acknowledge that the licenses granted above do not permit you to provide all or any portion of any ReelUrbanNews Contents or Derivatives to persons who are not employees of that client organization.
(d) You may make backup copies of the Licensed Content, but will have no rights to distribute backup copies.
(e) The Content itself may not be copied or transferred to any other person, organization or system.
