Mr. Ndaba, who is a seasoned Ambassador, shared with ReelUrbanNews.com that his most challenging yet most rewarding post came during his tenure in Rwanda. “It was a good time for people like myself, who were denied in the past because of Apartheid to join the diplomatic fold. Its amazing how things have changed. I was nominated to open South Africa’s first Embassy in post genocide 1994 in Rwanda. I enjoyed my stay there.
